The TRUCE Program - Keeping Kids off Drugs.

I have had the pleasure of working on a community project designed to keep Teenagers off of drugs.
My part of the project was to write a computer program that maintained a database of the
participating students, and that also takes and prints Photo ID's using a simple USB video camera
connected to a PC (in this case a notebook) and a color inkjet printer.

The reasoning behind the creation of the software was the need for quality photo ID's,
but a modest budget with which to start the program.

Although my time is limited, I would like to offer this software free of charge to
any other community wishing to implement the TRUCE program. Unfortunately, I can not
help a lot with the details of TRUCE, but Little Rock was so helpful to us, that I'm sure our
community leaders currently administering the program* would return the favor by helping
other communities who wish to implement it.

*Please do not confuse the term "program" with software - there is much more to TRUCE than
just the operation of computer software.
